What Our Studio Offers


Small Group Classes

 You’ll be working directly with a Coach in small groups of up to 12 members. We specialize in Cardio/Boot Camp style classes and light strength training classes.  Every workout will be modified and customized to your fitness level, injuries, etc. creating an ultra-personalized workout experience.  The motivating vibe of group training combined with the individualized feel of personal training makes Fit Girl Fitness one of the most safe, fun and effective workouts available!




We offer nutrition guidance as a part of some of our packages! We can help with grocery lists, food lists, menu planning assistance and meal prep ideas!




We can give you all of the tools to succeed but sometimes you need a little extra help! That is where the accountability comes in! Let us be your cheerleader and make sure you are doing what you need to do to see actual results!
